This is a doll I call Dora. She is made from muslin and she all dressed in vintage fabric/ lace.

It`s raining.
I thougt I would be finish dresing up my doll, but I don`t have enough lace. No problem, becouse now I have time to read my library books.

Thought I would share this with you.

early works

As promised I`m showing you some of my dolls, which I`ve been creating throuout last 3 years. They all differ in technique and material : porcelain, clay, cloth, wood pulp... All this time I`ve been racking my brain to find out what style/material I wanted. Finally I decided pol. clay is not me. Papir-mache, clothe, wood pulp are more to my liking. I guess I " feel" them more, they seem more alive, you can make them breathe... I feel some kind of exclusive love towards teddys. I adore them.

a new doll, work in progress

A week ago I started my next creation. Regretttably I can`t finish it because I`m ot sure whether it will be a girl or a boy and how to dress her/ him. As a matter of fakt I want to use the 30-40s kid`s outfit.Unfortunately I can`t find the characteristic traits of this period`s fashion.
